If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or nearby locations where the package might have been left.
  2. Contact us immediately to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
  3. HLS & BEES LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

11. Free Shipping and Promotions

Free shipping offers are subject to the following conditions:

  • Only valid for orders within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • In the event of partial returns that reduce the total order value below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
