2. Return Eligible Products
You can request a return within 30 days of purchase if the product meets the following conditions:

Original Condition: Unused, with no visible damage, and in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products: Damage incurred during shipping or manufacturing defects.
Shipping Errors: You received a different product than the one you ordered.
Exclusions:

Perishable products such as honey, wax, propolis, seeds and other consumables are not refundable, except for proven damage during shipping or defects.
Customized or final sale items do not qualify for return.

Other cases: The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except for returns related to defects or shipping errors.
